Your Refund Policy
A Refund Policy page outlines the conditions under which a customer can receive a refund for a product or service purchased. It’s a crucial part of customer service and builds trust.
Our Refund Policy includes:
Eligibility for refunds: Paying customers who receive dead animals/insects/fish/etc. via mail. If package lost via postal services. Customers whom made in-store purchases and the items were unsatisfactory or damaged before use. Left to the the store manager for final decision.
Refund timeframe: Within two days after purchase your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the money to return to your bank account/card.
Refund methods: Refunds can be issued via store credit or by the original payment method.
Return shipping: If a return must be made by mail then the return shipping fee will be paid by the business.
Product condition: Returned items must be made in the original packaging. If the animal is being returned no box/cage is required but the animal must be alive.
Exceptions: Live animals can be returned to the store but no refund will be issued.
