Cancellation Policy

When can a customer cancel an order or appointment…

Cancellation timeframe: Orders placed online take about 1-2 business days to be processed, package and shipped. You may cancel the order within the 24 hours before it has been shipped.
Cancellation fees: No fees will be issued for the cancellation of an order within the 24 hour cancelation time frame as long as the order has not already been shipped. If the order has already been shipped. A partial refund may be given but the fees associated with shipping may not be fully refunded.
Refund process: Refunds may be issued within 3 business days after the completion of the return or cancellation.
